It is almost impossible to go through life without feeling harmed or insulted by others, or without being hard on ourself for past mistakes. If we develop a deep self confidence and a compassionate mind towards others we will not only be able to remain at peace when harmed or criticised, but also able to free ourself from resentment and anger.
On this half day course learn how to develop this strong, courageous mind as well as the art of forgiving ourself.
