A MEDITATION DAY COURSE
Saturday 3 June – 10am-4.30pm
Losing the things we like and dealing with unwanted changes is part of life and it often hurts. We tend to feel that relationships, jobs, possessions and other external things alone will give us the lasting pleasure, comfort and security we crave. However genuine inner peace, happiness and quality of life come from a completely different source.
On this day course, Sarah Bissell will explain the methods for truly enjoying life, regardless of its ups and downs. We will learn to develop a mental resilience that will keep us happy and peaceful in even the most challenging circumstances, and enable us to benefit the people we love.
The teacher of this course is Sarah Bissell. Sarah teaches with warmth and gentleness, and clearly demonstrates how Buddha’s teachings provide solutions to the problems and difficulties of modern day life.
