The way in which we relate to ourself affects every area of our life. Therefore we need a positive self view and the ability to be strong and happy regardless of life’s challenges and what others may think of us.

Buddha explained the art of self-acceptance and taught many positive thinking techniques for developing inner strength and confidence. On this meditation day course we will learn these techniques for enjoying stable self-esteem and happiness, and unlock our limitless potential for self-transformation.


The TeacherSarah Bissell

The teacher of this course is Sarah Bissell, the Resident Teacher of Samudra Kadampa Buddhist Centre. Sarah teaches with warmth and gentleness, and clearly demonstrates how Buddha’s teachings provide solutions to the problems and difficulties of modern day life.
