Inner Peace Toolkit
3 Week Online Class Series
Mon Jul 18 – Sun Aug 7

Inner Peace is the source of happiness. Without it we cannot truly enjoy life because our mind feels restless, tight, tense and uncomfortable.

The opposite of inner peace is mental disturbance. Due to painful and disturbed states of mind we experience an endless stream of problems, inner turmoil, unhappiness and confusion throughout our life.

Buddha likened our mind to an ocean and our negative thought patterns to the waves on the ocean. By practicing meditation and training our mind in the causes of peace we will experience a calm and spacious feeling and come to enjoy deep stillness within.

Each week consists of 3 different 30 minute classes on the topic.
