Letting Go of the Past
Sun 30 Apr | 10am – 1pm  |  Ulverstone

LETTING GO. It’s easy to say, but hard to do. Yet if we can learn to let go: of painful emotions, of bad experiences from the past, of self-critical minds, of self-limiting views, of everything that’s holding us back. If we can do this, then limitless peace and freedom awaits us on the other side.

TO LET GO OF THE PAST we need to understand what we are holding on to. To understand what we are holding on to we need to learn how to view our experiences in a completely new and different light.

BUDDHIST WISDOM gives us the tools to understand ourselves in relation to our own past experiences. It explains how to find peace with the past, how to move on with our life, and how to develop a realistic hope for a better future for ourselves, free from pain.

AT THIS COURSE, Buddhist Teacher Diana Waterhouse will explain how to release ourself from the mental processes that have kept us trapped in an experience of suffering for a long time. Through this we will increase our inner strength and resilience and come to experience real mental freedom.
