Course Description

In our busy lives we find it very difficult to relax and enjoy the moment. Even while we are doing the things we like, our mind is never in the present – we are constantly making plans for later, worrying about what might happen next, and never really feeling content.

On this course, you will learn how you can let go of this limiting mental habit and come to enjoy true peace. Overcome minds of discontent and dissatisfaction, reduce busy thoughts, distractions and feelings of mental discomfort, and discover how to access deep levels of happiness within.

This course will explain how you can increase your positive states of mind in order to make the most out of every moment of your life. Each class will include simple, uplifting meditations that bring about inner peace and contentment. See below for topic covered each week

WEEK 1: Wed 21 Oct, 6.30-7.45pm: How to be Content (Bookings now closed)
Wherever we go we take our mind with us. Therefore, it is essential that we learn how to keep a happy mind no matter where we are or who we are with.

WEEK 2: Wed 28 Oct, 6.30-7.45pm: Why we Find it Difficult to Live in the Moment
We always think that happiness is somewhere other than where we are – in the past, in the future, in a different situation. Learn how to overcome this limiting mental habit and enjoy peace in the present.

WEEK 3: Wed 4 Nov, 6.30-7.45pm: How to Enjoy Inner Peace
Inner peace is the source of our happiness. Learn how to enjoy the stillness of your mind. Through this experience we will not only be able to live in the moment but we will also enjoy being there.
