Meditation & Buddhism classes offer simple, practical methods to improve the quality of our life and develop inner peace. Each class consists of two guided meditations and a teaching to help us solve our daily problems, let go of negative minds and find the lasting happiness we seek.
Each class begins with a simple guided breathing meditation followed by a teaching and a second guided meditation based on the teaching. There is also an opportunity to ask questions.
