Experience a still mind and begin to transform your life through meditation and mindfulness. Meditation enables us to find within our own mind the peace and happiness we seek, as well as improve our good qualities. Through choosing to live our life with mindfulness and awareness our mind will become clear and less distracted, and our memory will improve.
On this day course we will learn methods derived from the Buddhist tradition to improve our mindfulness in and out of meditation, thereby gaining the ability to enjoy every moment of our life.
The teacher of this course is Gen Kelsang Dornying. Gen Dornying is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Australia and Kadampa Meditation Centre Melbourne and teaches with a warmth and humility that is naturally inspiring.
