Self Esteem – A Meditation Half-Day Course
Sun 7 Nov | 10am – 1pm | Ulverstone
WE ALL WANT TO FEEL GOOD about ourself – to feel calm, confident and in control no matter what life throws our way. The truth is that we often feel the opposite. On the outside we may “appear” confident, but inside our mind we feel insecure, self-critical and vulnerable. At times we may feel that we don’t even like ourself at all.
AT THIS HALF-DAY COURSE, Buddhist Teacher Diana Waterhouse will explain how to change this situation. Learn how to uproot the thought processes that lower your self-esteem and destroy your self-worth. Learn how to remove distorted ways of viewing yourself and improve your self-image.
CULTIVATE THE QUALITIES that really matter. Find a self-confidence that cannot be affected by changing conditions, and pave the way for a happy, positive and fulfilling life, free from the pain of self-limiting views.
