MANY OF US HAVE A TENDENCY to be excessively self-critical, self-doubting, and lacking in confidence. These debilitating thoughts can affect our relationships, our work and our ability to realize our full potential in life.
A HEALTHY SENSE OF SELF-AWARENESS is a good thing, but when the inner critic takes over, it distorts our self-perception and damages our self-worth. At its worst, the inner critic can destroy our self-esteem and self-confidence completely.
AT THIS HALF-DAY meditation course, Buddhist Teacher Diana Waterhouse will explain how differentiate between healthy and unhealthy self-talk and how to cultivate the former and abandon the latter.
LEARN HOW TO FREE YOURSELF FROM self-critical thoughts, negative self-perceptions and feelings of discouragement. By changing the dialogue we have with ourselves we will enjoy a sense of mental freedom. We will develop a stable and reliable self-confidence and ultimately become the very best version of ourself.
