Stay Peaceful over the Summer period with our special Summer Meditation Series.

Whether you are still at work, spending time with family, or on holidays, these meditations are the perfect pick-me-up to keep your mind calm, peaceful and relaxed no matter what you are doing. 

Discover practical techniques that help you feel light and uplifted in your daily life and enjoy simple meditations that bring about a sense of inner peace and mental calm.

Each week consists of 3 different 30 minute classes on the topic.
Each 30 minute class includes guided meditations, and a short teaching that will help you stay calm and happy throughout your day.

Meditations for a Calm Mind

Happiness depends upon inner peace.

Learn how to meditate and improve your overall sense of well-being. Overcome feelings of stress and tension and enjoy a deep sense of mental calm.

WEEK 2: Mon 4 Jan – Sun 10 Jan (BOOKINGS NOW CLOSED)
Meditations for a Happy Mind

Discover how your mind creates your happiness.

Learn how to improve your good qualities of mind and overcome those ways of thinking that interfere with your happiness.

Cost $8 (includes 3x 30 min sessions)

WEEK 3: Mon 11 Jan – Sun 17 Jan (BOOKINGS NOW CLOSED)
Meditations for a Kind Heart

Love is the real solution to our own and others problems.

By meditating on love we will uncover a reservoir of happiness and joy within our own heart and we will be able to share this experience with others.

Cost $8 (includes 3x 30 min sessions)

Course Fee & Bookings

You are welcome to book for one, or all weeks of classes. Each week’s classes will be available for viewing for 7 days as per the dates listed above.

$8 per week. Booking required.

Please note that these classes are only available for people who live in Tasmania.
If you live outside Tasmania please click here to find your nearest Kadampa Buddhist class.

Once your booking has been processed you will receive an email receipt confirming your booking.

The link to your online teaching will be emailed to you in a separate email within 2 days of the date of your booking, unless you book on the day that the class is on in which case you will receive the link that day.

The Teacher

The Teacher of these classes is Diana Waterhouse, the Resident Teacher of Samudra Kadampa Buddhist Centre in Tasmania. With over 15 years’ experience in meditation, Diana explains Buddha’s teachings with warmth and clarity, showing how we can easily integrate them into our daily life to make our life more happy, peaceful and meaningful.
