A MEDITATION DAY COURSE
Sunday 23 April – 10am-4.30pm
Losing the things we like and dealing with unwanted changes is part of life and it often hurts. We tend to feel that relationships, jobs, possessions and other external things alone will give us the lasting pleasure, comfort and security we crave. However genuine inner peace, happiness and quality of life come from a completely different source.
On this day course, Gen Kelsang Dornying will explain the methods for truly enjoying life, regardless of its ups and downs. We will learn to develop a mental resilience that will keep us happy and peaceful in even the most challenging circumstances, and enable us to benefit the people we love.
The Teacher
The teacher of this course is Gen Kelsang Dornying. Gen Dornying is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Australia and Kadampa Meditation Centre Melbourne and teaches with a warmth and humility that is naturally inspiring.
