Happiness Toolkit
3 Week Online Class Series
Mon Jan 17 – Sun Feb 6

Happiness – we spend our whole life seeking it, chasing it, wishing for it, and yet still it seems to elude us.

Buddha explained that happiness is a state of mind and so if we really want to be happy and free from suffering we must improve our own mind by cultivating those states of mind that cause peace and joy and avoiding the ones that cause us pain.

In this 3 week series of online classes, learn simple methods and practical techniques to develop a happy and positive mind throughout your day.

By making small changes to our ways of thinking and interacting with the world we will discover a deep happiness that lies within. Lasting happiness is not far away all we need to do is develop and improve our own mind.
