The Magic of Meditation Morning Retreat

ALTHOUGH WE ALL WISH for a joyful and relaxed life, we will find this difficult to achieve if we lack inner peace. If we learn how to transform our mental experience through the practice of meditation we can remove negativity from our mind and experience deeper and deeper levels of happiness from within.
MEDITATION IS PURE MAGIC – it quickly pacifies the pain of mental unrest and it helps us to see situations in a more constructive way and a more positive light.
AT THIS MORNING RETREAT, take some time out to focus on improving your mind by cultivating the causes of happiness inside yourself. The retreat includes guided meditation and teachings on the topic and is suitable for both beginners and more experienced meditators. Everybody welcome!

The Teacher of this retreat is Diana Waterhouse, the Resident Teacher of Samudra Kadampa Buddhist Centre in Tasmania. With over 15 years’ experience in meditation, Diana explains Buddha’s teachings with warmth and clarity, showing how we can easily integrate them into our daily life to make our life more happy, peaceful and meaningful.

12pm-1pm: Retreat Session 2
