Meditation and Mindfulness – A Meditation Half-Day Course
Sat 26 Jun | 10am – 1pm  |  North Hobart

MINDFULNESS is the very heart of meditation and it is an essential tool we need to keep our mind happy, positive and focused in daily life.

ALTHOUGH WE ALL WISH for a joyful and relaxed mind, we will find this difficult to achieve if we lack mindfulness. Mindfulness keeps our mind free from negativity, it overcomes distractions, it reduces feelings of mental tension and it keeps our mind calm all the time. Mindfulness is an indispensable tool for busy modern people.

AT THIS MORNING COURSE, discover how the ancient art of mindfulness combined with the inner science of meditation will help you find more balance, fulfilment and mental peace in your daily life. Learn how to improve your mind and find the lasting happiness you’ve been looking for.
