WAVE GOODBYE to worry, anxiety and stress, overcome negative thinking and create a mental environment that is a comfortable place to be at this meditation half-day course.

ALTHOUGH WE ALL POSSESS the potential for a happy and calm mind, our ability to be peaceful is often obscured by negative thoughts that frequently crowd our mind. Meditation is a powerful tool that enables us to examine our own thoughts, reactions and inner dialogue so that we can identify and ultimately uproot those thought processes that lead to mental pain. Through applying the techniques of meditation in our daily life we will learn how to control our mind rather than allowing our mind to control us. 

BY TRANSFORMING OUR THINKING we will experience mental freedom, and instead of feeling overwhelmed by life’s challenges, we will feel calm, strong and confident in every situation.

The Teacher

The Teacher of this course is Diana Waterhouse, the Resident Teacher of Samudra Kadampa Buddhist Centre in Tasmania. With over 15 years’ experience in meditation, Diana explains Buddha’s teachings with warmth and clarity, showing how we can easily integrate them into our daily life to make our life more happy, peaceful and meaningful.
