The Power to Control How You Feel – A Meditation Half-Day Course
Sat 27 Mar | 10am – 1pm | Launceston
EVERYBODY EXPERIENCES PAINFUL FEELINGS. When these feelings become overwhelming, they interfere with our happiness, they colour our judgement and they powerfully affect the view we have of ourself. They are also the basis for many of the health problems we experience.
AT THIS HALF-DAY COURSE, Buddhist Teacher Diana Waterhouse will explain how to identify the causes of painful emotions such as worry, anxiety, depression and loneliness. By investigating your negative emotions and examining the thought processes that lead to them, you can get to the heart of what is causing your pain.
THIS COURSE WILL GIVE YOU practical tools to free yourself from painful feelings as well as the confidence that you can live a happier life and draw closer to the person you wish to be.
Instead of being controlled by your emotions discover the power to control how you feel!
